HadBurger X 🍔

A variety of meats grilling on a barbecue, including burgers topped with strips of bacon, slices of pepperoni, and sausages. Several hamburger buns are placed on the upper shelf of the grill.

HadBurger X was a blesedly mild affair. Rhone was up for Spring break in 2022, so I decided to make a HadBurger for the Hadlands as per our family tradition. This will be a short photo story, but it appears to be a proper HadBurger with the minimum of four required meats. I always love making these monsters for family and friends.

Ingredients

Wagyu ground hamburger – 8oz per patty

Grilled bacon

Grilled and sliced sausages – Louisiana hotlinks in this version

Grilled prosciutto

Grilled salame

Cheddar cheese

Tomatoe

Grilled onion

Brioche bun
