Spinasse 🍝

The Hadlands

Spinasse is my 2nd favorite Italian restaurant in Seattle. I have dined here many times over the year and love their northern Italian-influenced cuisine. The atmosphere is rustic and romanticβ€”perfect for a date night with my sons, Carter and Rhone. Sorry, Mom, I haven’t taken you here yet – I promise, soon.

My favorite spot is at the bar/chef’s counter, where you can watch them prepare their famous tajarin pasta, cut by hand and hung to dry right in front of you.

This view never gets old for me.

First, an assortment of antipasto to start.

An assortment of antipasto featuring slices of prosciutto, apple wedges, a salad with cabbage and chorizo bits, a creamy spread garnished with herbs, and colorful roasted vegetables topped with nuts.

I love the scale and high degree of abstractness in this piece

I LOVE open kitchens.

A worthy main.
